We have a variety of group fitness classes available to both our guests and members. As a bonus all group classes are included in your membership. If you’re looking to get yourself healthy, find a new gym buddy, have a group of friends to support and keep you accountable our fitness classes are perfect for you. We have included or schedule and a list of classes with descriptions from our instructors below.

Aqua Aerobics
A low impact, light aerobics conditioning class for those looking for a cardio class that will help improve joint mobility and flexibility. Great for any fitness level.
Body Attack
A high energy fitness class that combines athletic movements like running, lunging, and jumping with strength exercises such as pushups and squats. All fitness levels are welcome.
Body Pump
An upbeat, intense, total body strength and conditioning class consisting of high repetition and low weight exercise to build strength and endurance.
Cardio Splash
A full body workout in the water that focuses on cardiovascular endurance and the utilization of equipment to work the muscles of the entire body. Be ready to have fun and move!
Cycling/Hip Hop Cycle
An intense forty-five minute full ride on our specialty cycles! Challenging workouts include hill rides, jumps, sprints, hovers, and endurance rides to challenge your cardiovascular endurance and build strength in your lower body. Resistance levels can be increased or decreased as necessary.
Extreme Burn
A hip-hop step dance fitness party that also utilizes bodyweight exercises for a fun all over body workout.
Gentle Synergy/Adv. Bootcamp
A high intensity circuit training workout that combines a variety of exercises and training tools in one efficient space. Advance your workouts through the dynamic system, which includes connected equipment, accessories, and various training stations for a total-body workout.
Gentle Synergy-Seniors/Beginners and those looking for a lower intensity workout or have to modify due to injuries.
Adv. Bootcamp-Higher intensity level. Those looking for a full HITT workout should attend this class.
Mixxed Fit
This dance fitness class uses easy to follow and repetitive moves. It incorporates bodyweight toning and HIIT style exercises so you can challenge yourself for a great workout. We want you to get lost in the music and in your workout — not in complicated dance steps. It is fun for all fitness levels.
Pilates
A mat based class that is designed to strengthen, sculpt, and increase flexibility. It will help you develop a strong core which is essential in improving coordination, balance, and posture.
Pound
Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels.
Stretch and Unwind
Improve your flexibility and relax with this specialty class. You will learn how to properly stretch and loosen up. Great for all fitness levels.
Soul Fusion
A creative blend of yoga inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, bodyweight and weight strength training exercises set to fun music.
Tabata
A forty five minute high intensity interval training that promotes exerting maximum effort in a minimal amount of time. Typical Tabata workout intervals are twenty seconds of workout and ten seconds of rest between several rounds.
XHH Step
Our step aerobics is a dance cardio class. It uses steps and hip-hop music to get you feeling like you are at the club with your favorite DJ.
Yoga
In this class, learn to steady the mind by connecting the body to breath. This class is a yoga class for all levels.
Zumba
This dance fitness class incorporates all of the most important rhythms of the world from South America to Africa. Dance moves include salsa, merengue, cumbia, and reggaetón. “Ditch the workout and join the party!” Burn over 500 calories in a single session!
