Courts Plus Fitness Center was started in 1988, with the goal of helping this community to be healthy, active, and happy. We have always had our focus on our members health and wellness because, at Courts Plus, we care about you. We know your health and wellness are important to you and your family and we promise to do whatever we can to help. Whether you are trying to lose weight, build muscle, stay active, or any other goal you have, we are here for you. Our focus is on taking care of you from the moment you enter our doors until you get a friendly goodbye on your way out.
So what benefits do we have to offer? Glad you asked. We have an indoor swimming pool with lap lanes and free swim area. If you are looking to have fun with your family or get a great workout in, this pool is for you. We also have an outdoor pool, open seasonally, that is great for smaller children and great to lounge around and catch some sun. We also provide a heat therapy pool for your enjoyment. Private swim lessons available are available from ages eight months to adult.
If you are looking to find a place to play basketball, volleyball, or pickleball; stop looking. We offer drop in basketball on a couple nights a week along with open gym times every day when other activities are not on going. We also set up our volleyball net twice a week for the people who are the casual or competitive volleyball player. Pickleball is once a week currently and if you are looking to try it out, check out our beginner class schedule at the front desk.
Looking to lose weight or build muscle? Check out our weight lifting room, cardio room, and group fitness classes. Nobody wants to wait to workout, we offer an entire room directed to your cardiovascular health filled with treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, etc. We also have multiple squat and bench press racks to create ideal wait times for our guests in the weight room. We have various group fitness classes Monday through Saturday. See the group fitness class tab for more information.
We are Courts Plus, the origin of our name comes from our five racquetball courts that are in our facility. We have been a prime time racquetball facility since our start in 1988. We offer all the necessary gear needed to play if its your first time or you need to borrow something to play with a group.
